Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note:
- If you have ordered the wrong size, color, or style, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost.
How to Return an Item

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This must be included with your return package.

Return Shipping: Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including the RA number and any relevant documentation. Ensure the return item(s) are sent to:

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). Returns typically take up to 10 business days to process.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that the refund may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes:
- We will only refund the cost of the item(s); shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item was sent).
- If the item(s) returned do not meet the criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before 6:00 PM on the day of your purchase. Orders are processed quickly, and once they have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel them.
Shipping
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Australia.
- We process orders within 1-2 business days and typically ship them within 6-10 business days, with a total delivery time of 7-12 business days.
- Orders will only be shipped to Australian addresses.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@aussiwear.com or call +61 489 997 681. We will arrange a return and cover the cost of shipping for damaged or faulty items.
